Noodles Company - Englewood

I used to really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I've noticed some changes lately. The ingredients don't seem to be the same, and the quality and preparation of the food have really declined. During my last three visits, the noodles were either too soggy or still hard. This is a place that specializes in noodles—how can they get that wrong? It's disheartening because I used to dine here regularly and loved it. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anymore!

Waited 40 minutes for food and there was a bone of some kind in my pasta that I didn?t see until after biting down on it and hurting my jaw. Every time I come here the wait is super long and everything is so disorganized. And apparently a health hazard,too.

I placed a takeout order at this location on November 20, 2022. Unfortunately, the noodles were all stuck together like paste. When I called the restaurant, the manager on duty made excuses about being short-staffed. He mentioned that he could issue a refund, depending on how I placed my order—whether in person, through DoorDash, or GrubHub—but we never got that far. He seemed disinterested in the details of my order and became curt with me. Ultimately, the refund offer was not honored. I can assure you that I will not be ordering from this company or this location again. Fast food has become outrageously expensive, and it is definitely not worth the cost for subpar food. If you're looking for a mess of sticky noodles, then this is the place for you. As for me, I'll be passing.

I took three kids to Noodles at 7:45 PM after their sports activities since they requested it, and the place was bustling. The food was excellent, including the linguini with parmesan chicken rosa and the kids' meals. The staff was also fantastic. I was surprised to see how crowded it was right before closing, but the wait times were perfectly reasonable. I give it 5 stars!

Just got noodles and company buttered noodles and my noodles are literal mush. Tried to cook them longer at home to no avail. Literally tastes like I?m eating raw doe. Now I have to just toss it? Super bummed.
