I'm not a vegetarian, but I hate the spinat and the speck. I can't fix the problem because I'm working halfway away in the time I recognize the error. I don't understand why it's so hard to get order right. I am absolutely excited because this is not the only place in dayton area is terrible, the city and land is terrible and the hired and manager are rude and will argue with them. at least the employees at this location are nice. I'm not sure how much longer I can support panera that sucks because I love her food and there's nothing else similar. I guess I'm going to visit the brown street and miller lane standorte only from now on. I never had a problem on both places.
Good food. quite busy location, but that was worth waiting. eating was fresh.
Came for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half was empty as well. All other coffee carafes were empty. My breakfast was wrong twice! First they gave me Bacon instead of sausage. They corrected this part but forgot my egg. Both breakfasts tasted really not very well regarding flavor. We we leaving and I wanted to top off my half cup of coffee, figuring they had time to make more…. But the only carafe that was filled was the decaf. We had alerted them of the shortages but in 20-30 minutes they corrected very little. I know there are staffing problems everywhere but this experience and the lack of attitude in even wanting to fix things plus the food quality means I will not be returning here. I’m wondering if all the Panera’s have gone down hill too. We spent $18 but could have spent less than 10 with better results at a fast food breakfast place.
I went through the drive thru on 4/8 at 9:15am and ordered a honey ginseng tea. The tea was poured all over my hand as I reached out to get it. She apologized and handed me a new tea, I had to ask for a cup of ice to put my hand in. 20 minutes after I got home 3 blisters started to form on my hand so I decided I should probably fill out an incident report just in case. When I went back to the Englewood Panera the 2 people running drive thru not knowing that I was standing there…Bree said ,”oh whatever it got on me and you don’t hear me complaining” Tyler backed her up with “yeah you don’t hear her complaining this is f*cking bullsh*t”. I said “wow guys does she have blisters? You’re not very professional employees.” They were shocked I heard them with no apologies from anyone, they wouldn’t even make eye contact.
I had my favorite some ginger tea with honey and a cinnamon crunch bagel there is nothing like it. Loved it
