Pizza Hut - Englewood

Two stars because some of the foods were good. I had to wait 30 minutes before the estimated collection with a group of other people in the load, because the employees had neglected to pay attention to the wing orders. as a result our broth sticks were cold when we came home. we then realized that they had given us the wrong wing order. I would recommend looking for another pizza place.

Even with covid going on there still working hard to get everyone there orders yea it gets busy at times and the wait so wait is longer at times but that's expected the food is always great and hot

The rest of these comments are absolutely in line with my experience. Placed a delivery order and didn’t notice the delivery time was 140 minutes. It took many, many calls to reach the store to change my order to carry out. The lady who answered was polite and accommodating. Pickup was about 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. After I got home is when I noticed that one of my pizzas was completely incorrect and none of my requests were followed. I was going to give this location another chance, but Ive been diverted to an off site customer support line to place my order.Might try the Brookside location just because of how many people have stated the same thing.This location needs help.Edit: the Brookside location is just as bad. What a shame.Edit2: I tried it once again only by going to the store in person, placing my order directly with an employee and waiting 25 minutes. In this case, the food was prepared correctly and timely. I will raise my review to 3 stars because while the product was good this time, I had to go to lengths a lot of people do not do anymore.

Did an online order. At 4:30 and just now getting my pizza at 7:30. Its almost cold. Pizza Hut do better. Or close this location.

The app said it would be 80-95 minutes for our food to arrive. Our food was more than 30 minutes late. I ordered at 6:49pm and the food arrived after 9pm. We tried to call to check on our food and were hung up on. The food was warm and fresh, but how late it arrived was disappointing.
