I imagine this location (Springfield, IL) won’t be around much longer. Didn’t even pay attention to menu prices because it’s burgers and fries, how bad could it be. Got the impossible burger, steak fries, and a blue moon. Boyfriend got the whiskey river bbq burger and sweet potato fries. The bill was $47 pre-tip?! We are foodies so we have paid some pretty expensive bills and have almost never had issue with prices, but almost $60 (after gratuity) for freaking burgers and fries which were merely digestible, RIDICULOUS. Nothing looked remotely close to what is advertised. Both orders of fries were lukewarm and mushy, sweet potato fries had zero flavor, burgers were flat, had little to no flavor and whiskey river bbq burger was lacking sauce, no toasted buns, totally lackluster. Legitimately annoyed we paid what we did, to the point I’m writing a useless corporate review. Do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money. BIG PASS ??????
Fredericksburg VA location had horrible service. We ordered online, had our confirmation , monies had been drafted from our account and the restaurant claimed we had no order. I had to send screenshots to my husband who was picking up order. Restaurant still said we didn't have an order. Finally I guess to get him out of the restaurant they filled the order. The manager wasn't very helpful on the phone either. We were on a trip, Red Robin is where we chose to eat. Major mistake ! Rebecca Shifflett
Went to the Red Robin in Dayton OH on Miller Lane. Was waited on by Hannah (2nd Hannah I had encountered that same day if that means anything). My son wanted to go there for his birthday. There was what looked like a small computer monitor on our table. I didn t know what it was. It s how you pay. I had cash but went ahead and used my debit card. Hannah and the host helped me. We skipped the tip part (I thought) because I had already put her tip on the table. I get home look at the receipt and the tip was taken out!! So I ended up tipping this crook $21 for a $55 meal!!
IF I COULD GIVE THE CORPORATE OFFICE A ZERO STAR I WOULD. CORPORATE LISTEN.... YOU ARE RUINING YOUR OWN COMPANY. WHEN I CALL A LOCATION I WANT THAT LOCATION NOT A CALL CENTER and Never want an automated system to give me an opportunity of ordering something to pick up at a location automated I want a live person not an automated system and I pray to God I'm speaking to somebody in the US and not overseas
Burger quality post pandemic is awful.Of course you can offer a bigger burger if the meat is of poor quality
