Ordered a falafel sandwich. First, who puts it on ciabatta? Second, absolutely tasteless. Third, small portion. Fourth, pricey for the quality and quantity! Never again from here.

This place ask customers to come all the way to their store to get a refund. They told me it was inconvenient for them to process a refund because they do not know how to process it. Also It’s funny how they forgot to put in a whole item when I ordered thru their kiosk.I still can’t believe they said it’s inconvenient for them to process a refund.
