I love coming here. one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had. I always leave feeling 100% satisfied. the personal is super and always polite. I recommend blaze to all my friends and I will recommend it to everyone who will listen!

Blaze has great food at a reasonable price. I love those smoked chicken and the burgers are awesome and they won't break your wallet.

They say the best barbecue joints are off the beaten path. Blazes proves that true. Comfortable atmosphere with Western decor and the perfect hint of the smoker in the back. Side salad is nicely portioned, lettuce is fresh and crisp. Ranch dressing has the distinct homemade flavor you expect with good barbecue. Onion rings are perfectly crisp, with a pleasant flavor that complements the meats. The coleslaw has a nice sweetness to it. The chopped brisket is tender and juicy. The sauce that comes on it blends perfectly with the hot and spicy sauce. The St Louis ribs come right off the bones and the flavor they get into the meat is amazing! Wrap it all up with some of Grandma's peanut butter pie. It is a rich and sweet treat all in its own Blaze's is worth a treat to yourself if you're in the area, and worth the drove to Enid just to be in the area!
