Contribuisci feedbackI just dont know what to think anymore. The ice in my drink was almost nonexistent and the cup was a good inch short on drink. My fries were not even half full and my triple burger no cheese ONLY EXTRA mustard had cheese and not even close on the extra mustard.
I had a problem with my food but Faith was an AWESOME help. She was SO respectful and got us what we needed and then some. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!
I go to the one on willow all the time before coming to work at 5am. They are always open. Go to this one and sat in the drive Thru for 5-7 and nobody answers. I didn't realize that each store got to choose their hours of operation. I figured if one is open then the other should be as well. Disappointed customer.
Would give no stars if possible. They left off a 10 piece nugget off of my drive thru order. No biggie, mistakes happen. My husband went in with our receipt to get it. A lady who appeared to be a manager refused and told him he was lying. She said they don’t have cameras in the kitchen so there’s no evidence. We then had to pay again for the nuggs. Super rude and accusatory over $7. Bad experience with a manager who was clearly on a power trip.They also forgot my sweet and sour sauce, which just added insult to injury.
Went through drive through, was pulled to 3rd window to wait, had 2 burgers and 2 Fry's. 3 cars went through the drive through and we still hadn't gotten our food. Absolutely disgraceful. If your going to pull a vehicle don't push them off and forget about them. This was horrible customer service and might I add I had to come in to get my food cause I still hadn't received it.
