Mcdonald's - Ennis

McDonald's Ennis is not your typical McDonald's. It stands out as the best! I stopped in for a quick breakfast while exploring County Clare and was pleasantly surprised by the dedication of the staff. The breakfast was perfect and the customer service was outstanding. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant is something to be proud of. I truly believe it is the cleanest McDonald's in Ireland. The tables, seats, floors, inside and outside of the restaurant, even the lampposts are regularly cleaned. The staff at McDonald's Ennis truly make this location special. Even months later, in 2024, the restaurant remains friendly, tidy, clean, and professional. This location sets a great example for other McDonald's locations in Ireland and beyond. I used to enjoy going to McDonald's, but this particular location was a major disappointment for me. I had been having breakfast and dinner here for months, but I repeatedly found shells in my McMuffin. The staff did not handle the issue properly, as they should have replaced the burger. The restaurant was consistently dirty, with tables rarely being wiped down, although the staff was somewhat friendly. One notable issue was that the staff often seemed eager to close early, even blocking access to tables before the stated closing time of 23:00. On one occasion, people were locked inside past closing time. The final straw for me was finding wool in my burger, a clear sign of unsanitary conditions and disrespect for customers. I strongly advise against visiting this location.

Waiting for over 30 minutes with not a single car moving in the drive-thru is unacceptable. The long wait time for food that only leaves you hungry again in an hour is frustrating.

The restaurant is lovely and clean, and I can't compliment the staff enough - they are so friendly. The servers are very helpful and always available to assist. It's a wonderful place to visit.

What time does mcdonalds open? 7am it's supposed to. Waiting at the drive though from 6.55 drive through didn't open till 7.05. Then was told please pull up to the waiting area. Waiting till 7.20 for a breakfast roll meal. Was given my coffee at the counter obviously that was cold wen my I got my food. And what's the deal with not giving out napkins anymore?? Very bad experiance all round.
