Stopped in for lunch before hitting the Ennis Bluebonnet Trails. Had the roast beef panini with sweet potato fries which was delicious. They also have a unique cinnamon dipping sauce for the fries. Service was excellent, although the only issue I would point out is that certain items on the menu are not available all the time. I guess this is due to not having a large enough kitchen to serve the full menu all day long.
I normally don't write reviews but after today's experience, I have to. First off, I was disappointed as I saw this place having a lot of potential for being the warm, local restaurant it should've been. Now, I wouldn't have minded the wait but, we we're updated on our food only once and when the food finally came out, the
Very good food and great service! I had the flat iron steak and surprisingly, it was very good! Everything I had was very good! If I didn't live so far away, we would eat there on a regular basis.
Every time we stop in Ennis we dine at the Firehouse Grill. It has consistently been friendly and the food very good... and prompt, excellent service.
