Sonic Drive-in - Ennis

I give them five stars because they usually get my order right. However, lately, when I place an order, they seem to overlook what’s on the ticket. I usually order a coconut mud and request cherries and a lime wedge to go with it, but they often forget to include these items. I spoke with the manager after I called the 800 number, and she came out to my car and gave me her card, but my order is still not being filled correctly. One staff member mentioned there was an issue with the app, but I clarified that the app allows me to add cherry juice, cherries, and a lime wedge, and my ticket reflects my choices accurately. This indicates that the problem lies with the staff not reading the tickets properly, rather than the app itself. It’s a human error, not a technical one.

I decided to give this restaurant another shot after my flatmate insisted I try it, despite my previous three bad experiences with wrong orders. I was hesitant, warning that if things didn't improve, I would reach out to the company to voice my complaints. I'm Irish and tend to have a strong accent, which sometimes makes communication difficult. After placing my order and paying, I received my drink, but then I had to wait for about ten minutes with cars lined up behind me. Usually, I’m patient, but that day was quite frustrating. I know this review might seem lengthy, but I hope you can understand my perspective as a customer in this country. Thank you, Robert.

I had some issues with my burger. The first time, it was overloaded with mustard, and the next time it was very dry. The fries were also overcooked. I informed the staff about these problems, and while they were apologetic, I ended up with the same underwhelming fries.

This sound here in Ennis is a great very beautiful new remnant. Great lemonade.
