Contribuisci feedbackI would give a zero if I could, the lil twits working inside are rude and unprofessional, how are you supposed to hear what ur order is when they are looking anywhere but at you and then act like you are putting them out!!!!
No soap in the bathroom. Terrible customer service. Order sat there for 10 minutes. I brought I to their attention. They didn’t offer to make it fresh. Floors dirty.
The food looked good but nothing tasted quite right. My bun was stale and I don’t think they seasoned the burger. Even worse, I found surprisingly large pieces of bone in my burger. The second time I hit bone, I just threw the rest of my burger away. If you can hold out, find another whataburger or pick another restaurant.
Easily the worst whataburger Ive been too and its not even in the hood. I have had good service there before, so I cant blame the entire staff, but have had various occasions where the people in the drive thru are either incompetent wrong order or seem like they have a complete attitude. The food is a hit or miss here
If I could rate zeros I would. When we got there the cashier was arguing with another employee, when they were done the cashier acted like it was a hassle to wait on us. She had me repeat my order 3 times and my food was still wrong. When I asked for mustard and pickles it was like I was asking for the moon and they were rude about me asking when they messed my burger up from the start. All the employees were playing around with 2 of the managers sitting in dinning room letting all this happen. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed.
