Food took VERY long to come out but the food was delicious the place was very peaceful!
This place was pretty cool, saw it while driving to our vacation rental. The colorful sculptures and animals are was caught my eye passing by. Overall this place was pretty good, there was a language barrier; but I'd definitely go back again. Just gotta brush up on my Spanish! Atmosphere 4/5 We sat outside to chill with the animals. It was an experience that's for sure. Some of the geese were a bit... ummm... persistent on trying to get our food. There are plenty of things to look at and see. So many animals and sculptures. It was a pretty cool place. Service 4/5 The hardest part was probably the language barrier, I know some Spanish but not fluent. There's not really any translations on the menu so there was a lot of google translate. But our server was really nice and tried the best he could to communicate with us. Service was pretty quick and everyone was very friendly. Food 4/5 As an appetizer everyone got a quesadilla which was awesome! We had 3 kids with us so have a pre snack was perfect. I got the veggie chimichanga which was pretty good. The sauce on the side was not as good. Definitely could have done without that on the plate. But the chimichanga was fried perfectly! Everyone else picked things on the menu, can't remember exactly what. But everyone was pretty satisfied overall with everything. The orange juice was probably my favorite. That stuff was fresh!!!!! You could also taste the freshness in the food. We assumed everything on that little farm was being used in our dishes.
We have been coming to Maneadero for more than 20 years. A local told us about this restaurant. We went in for a late breakfast. The sweet waitress gave us an additional menu for the restaurant next door as well . We ordered almuerzo grueso from the lobo with bistec ranchero. It was delicious. The steak ranchero was good the eggs beans and potatoes and homemade tortillas were perfect. My son ordered filet mignon from the other menu . It was delicious. It was served with potatoes, corn and a delicious purple shredded cabbage with a dressing on it . Very tasty . Filet done perfectly and it was a generous portion . We also ordered a pizza from the other menu and we were very surprised . They moved us to another table to make room for it . I figured it would be the size of a small dinner plate. Well it was huge oval shaped. It had purple onions, pork, pineapple and of course cheese and sauce and barbecue sauce drizzle, all baked in brick fired oven. I looked at what other people were ordering and everything looked so good. They have seating outside and some farm animals running around. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for that area. You will be eating at the best local place for sure. Service was A+ as well .
