Sano´s Steak House - Ensenada

I had an unpleasant experience, would not return. We went to birthday dinner, we were a party of 10. The waiter was rude and treated us as if he had done us a favor. The food was good, but my sister-in-law found a hair in her food less than halfway through her meal. When we told the waiter, they offered her a dessert and when we asked about her meal, the rude waiter said, they will not replace or withdraw the costs of meal, as she had only a little left and accepted the dessert. - What? This has never been discussed or addressed. We were very dissatisfied with the service and if you are planning to enjoy a wonderful birthday dinner, do not come to this place as the food will be good, but the service will ruin your night.

Unfortunately the night we went there was a big party of 20, as the service was shockingly bad, it took an hour to get our food, and two dishes had to be returned.

I fully recommend this restaurant. The service and the food are spectacular. We will come back soon.

The service and the food were terrible. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and I wouldn't go back. Every single dish was salty and the service was bad. Our server has completely forgotten us and it took an hour for us to get our food and after we have received our food, we finally got our appetizers that were burned.

Excellent food and even better service! The mushrooms in butter, garlic and white wine are simply delicious.
