Tacos La Joya - Ensenada

First time eating here. I usually go to one of the taco places across the street. They have Guadalajara style food. If you've never been to GDL it's a nice place to get a sampling of what you might get in GDL. Folks in our group tried the pozole and tortas ahogada. They liked the food. I tried the queso fundido with chorizo and it was pretty good. Wish there was a little more cheese but that's me...I like cheese. Will definitely be back to try some other dishes they have. 3.5 stars Mainly cause I need to try more food. Worth checking out!

Decent tacos with beans. Lots of add-ons to choose from. The pineapple is a game-changer. You will have to get up close to the meat grill to order. Your mask and/or clothes may end up smelling accordingly.
