Contribuisci feedbackNot impressed. Maybe they were having a bad day....maybe someone didn't show up....while I was eating there, 3 people getting to go orders had incorrect orders. One person came in from the drive thru because they didn't get something they ordered. Two people got their order at the counter and were given cold drinks instead of the hot that they ordered. They walked out. I know they're busy but they need to get their act together.
I had a terrible experience while back in my home state Alabama at this location but the area manager casandra listened to my complaint and fixed things immediately. I give her personally 10 stars alone. The store however has many flaws with orders and hospitality but hopefully Casandra will get this location back into shape. Once again she was wonderful at fixing my issue.
I have gotten donuts a few times from this store, I have never been thoroughly satisfied with them. Today though, I got my normal dozen assorted and asked a few questions about what types of filling were in the cream-filled ones. Upon reaching home, I realized that both what the associate told me were incorrect. The Bavarian-creme filled were icing filled and jelly one was unrecognizable, maybe raspberry. It was hard to determine because the donuts were so very dry. Like they were a day old. There were flies buzzing about the store also. For having donuts sitting out in the open without any door or covering, you'd think they'd have some type of pest control in the store.
This Dunkin has very friendly service and they get my order right regularly their restrooms are closed for “covid” so they only get 4 stars i just don’t believe covid is a reason not to clean your restrooms at regular intervals and keep them open to your customers but everything else is always great so i still shop here for my coffee. They have fast service and always keep up with the rush kudos there.
There is this one manager who is very sweet. Me and my boyfriend go there daily just about (she recommended I get a raspberry matcha latte, which was good! , I usually don’t have too many issues here, but the staff is rotated out, so some new staff may get the order wrong. However, I’ve met plenty of friendly faces there.
