Great resource for Asian ingredients! I would highly recommend coming here during the week to get an idea of what they carry, and ask any questions that you have. If there are any specific ingredients you need, they can order them if you give them the order by Friday because they go to Atlanta every week to get ingredients for Saturday. They have a ton of different fish and meat in their freezer including sliced pork belly dependent on the day . Overall best day to come is on Saturday taco truck opens around noon ? and the pork tacos are phenomenal. They have spicy sauce if you ask!

The best Asian market in this area for fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. Saturday is the best day to go for the most fresh lot of foods. Asako and the woman who owns the shop are absolutely friendly and I always leave smiling. Many varieties of basically everything you could think of and if you don't see it there, they will most likely be able to have it ordered. Do not let the home-y feel fool you, everything is high quality and amazingly fresh. You will feel comfortable here and might want to sit down and have a chat with the ladies, always a good time at KYC. I highly recommend this gem on Rucker Blvd.

You aren't going to find this selection of Asian vegetables and fish within 100 miles anywhere else. Yes, you have to take your shoes off before you go inside. This is the definition of a hidden gem if you like authentic Asian ingredients!
