The Craft And Grill - Enterprise

Live band nite. We were the last diners there. Took a while but the wait was enjoyable. I don't get out often. Would have loved time for a coffee and dessert. The food was all great. But I think the sandwich and fries is where the best flavors may be hiding.

Went there Friday night, had a short wait to get a table. We got our order put in it took an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. Everything seemed to be fresh except my country boil. the crabs had not been cooked in any spice just spices sprinkled on them the shrimp were room temperature. For the money it was not worth what it cost. Especially with the wait. Spoke with the manager about the crab legs, she took 10% off the crabs only, apologize for the hour and 10 minutes wait like it was supposed to be okay. But then we got our bill and they had added 25% gratuity they said that it was for parties of six or more three of ours were children. They said it was posted in the lobby which it was not that I could find. I called a few days later to speak with management, the lady said that it was supposed to be 18%, and then told me that the manager had said she took 10% off our whole bill which was a lie. And then she told may she had my bill in her hand after 4 days had passed. She told me the general manager would call but she never did, they cheated our family by making us pay 25% gratuity on bad service, and then they lied about everything. I would love for the gentle manager to keep her word and get back in touch with me or if they want to claim this didn't happen we still have them receipts watch your tickets they can do what they want

Awesome atmosphere. Had live music and the guitarist was pretty dang good. Drinks came fast and the service was great. The bacon wrapped scallops were incredible and the sauce that it came with was really good too. The 16 oz ribeye was awesome and cooked perfectly. Great flavor. We also got some jalapeno cheese curds which were a little spicy but really good. The side salad was huge and fresh. The ranch was a little thin, but it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I are local and have eaten here multiple times. The service has always been so-so but the food has always been pretty good. However, tonight we arrive 2 hours prior to closing, no waiting restaurant appeared to be about 2/3 full with no waiting. We were told we could not be seated because they had no silverware that it would be 25 minutes before we could be seated. What does silverware have to do with us sitting down and waiting and having a beer in the meantime. What restaurant is out if silverware and won't seat you?

We come to The Craft often, but tonight we had Mercedes as our server for the first time. As usual, the food was great, but Mercedes definitely elevated our experience tonight! She was so attentive and friendly! We will definitely request her next time. The live music today was also really good!
