Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Enterprise

Walk in and it's empty. Wait a while, nothing. I step to the side and see them standing in the back. I say goodd morning just making sure you know I'm here. They just stare and keep going about thier business talking. I look back over still nothing. Horrible customer service. Ugly as a matter of fact.

The smoothie that I had was delectable and cooling. Also excellent was the customer service. highly recommended

It was okay, the flavor of the Hawaiian pizza was good.

Awesome place. The lady Essence, super motivated girl. She was so happy to help us, and such a positive attitude. Found our new after work out spot, for sure. Thank you guys!!!

No, No, and Just No. The 1 female who works there is not very friendly, had an attitude, and that Does Not make a customer feel good. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as an employee, u Gotta leave that at the door when u walk into work. I've had plenty of those days, but u have to remain kind. She talked to the other employee about us...which was uncomfortable obvious. The guy who made my drink was fine, kind. BUT it ended up being an Icee, not a Smoothie. I SO much did NOT want to deal with the young lady working there that we drove to another to have it remade. Though I know some of the employees work there from My Regular place I go...the 2 that day were NONE of those. I wouldn't go to this location If u paid me to. It'd just end up being trash. How u treat people matters. Kindness matters. How u make ur product Matters; it should Always be consistent. They could care less, it seemed, if ur in there or not. Basically paying for an overpriced, glorified Icee. And to be honest...I'm not 1 to get upset anymore...just stick to what u know, u personally, if u have a better spot it's consistent...Stay with it!!!
