Gave me wrong order (ordered egg cheese biscuit BUT gave me sausage and egg sandwich), made vanilla frosty cold brew coffee extremely sweet, breakfast potatoes were cold, and service was slow. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Was not able to eat my food or drink the coffee. Filing a dispute on my card now. I will go to another Wendy's location from now on.
I visited the drive-thru and was asked to park while they brought my order out. After waiting 15 minutes, I called for an update, but ended up waiting another 15 minutes. It seemed like none of the staff knew what they were doing. I won't be returning to this restaurant!
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you're looking for warm and tasty food. I received cold meat with a warm bun, which is just baffling. It seems like there's a lack of competence from both the cook and the manager. Customers are spending a considerable amount of money, and the food should definitely be hot and delicious.
Not sure why all the negative ratings. I come here every few weeks (usually drive through) and they're always friendly and quick with the order. Never had any issues. Keep it up y'all!
We stopped in before continuing our shopping at the outlet mall for a quick dinner. The lobby was mostly empty and pretty clean. We ordered our food and received it correctly and in a timely manner. HOWEVER, we must have walked in on some sort of employee altercation or perhaps it started after we arrived but it made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable. What we believe to be the manager, a tall male, was speaking loudly to the cashier (Malachi per the receipt) about nah man, I got you and something about how another employee has done this before. This proceeded to turn into a yelling match between the tall male assumed Manger and another employee that appeared from the back of the restaurant. They were spewing the N word left and right, swearing and shouting at each other as if they were in a private setting. That alone was very unprofessional and I found it to be quite offensive. The staff acknowledged our presence with eye contact on many occasions, yet continued to argue with each other as if it was the show for our meal. I understand disagreements happen at work, but YELLING in front of customers. Especially as a manager?! Absolutely inappropriate. At one point the employee that appeared from the back, left and came back inside looking even more upset and I was afraid of what this was escalating into. We also noted a scent of weed emanating from either the back of the restaurant or an employee in the building. We rushed to finish our food and get out of there before we could be listed as witnesses. Overall, I do not recommend this location. No one goes to grab a quick meal and wants to be put in the middle of an employee argument. Save yourself the headache and drive to the location on Blue diamond. It 's much better. I 'd like to note that nothing was ever said to us, no apologies or anything. They honestly seemed inconvenienced that we came in as paying customers to eat!
