Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Needs some customer service training. We waited over 8 min. while this employee scrolled thru her phone.

We ordered 3 large pizza's for a party we had on Halloween. The pizza crust had a really really bad taste. It was so bad that not one personate any of the pizza. It was so disappointing and embarrassing for us, our friends had no food to eat at our dinner party on HALLOWEEN. I Called several times to get a manager to call me back, it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me and all the manager and owner said was TO BAD SO SAD. We will NEVER go back to Papa Murphys AGAIN! The FOOD and SERVICE is HORRIBLE!!!

1st time messed up order is why not 5 stars. But the remade pizza

Great pizza, good prices. Very convenient drive thru.

Showed up 10 minutes before closing and found the door locked and staff refused to wait on us. If you need 15 minutes to clean up maybe lisy closing time as 7:45.
