The dish of the day was quite a bit odd, but nothing special. but the burnt cream was frosting, which is unforgivable. Perhaps we were spoiled by the abundance of excellent food in the region, but it was the least impressive meal of our stay.
A brewery on epernay did not leave aside if you are passing or mm living in the area. simple meal with good dishes and a pleasant service with the smile as a bonus,seul petit bemol, for my part, a fairly limited wine map. I strongly recommend to be a restaurant!!!
Don't make any illusion there are no fish on the menu! It's exciting to see what's possible in france. You arrive in this (old ?), sport bar slightly jauni on the ground floor on a corner of the street and find warm people, good champagne for a very good price and you are also asked if you want the steak tartare cut or minced. and this in an absolutely impressive quality. You don't need to write more than that.
