I loved this place when they were just a food truck in Ephriam, got hooked and can be counted a fan! Since they moved to a building location in Manti, they got even better- as if it were even possible!! When we were in town for the October 2023 eclipse, we got breakfast here and then came back for lunch because breakfast was so good. Everything we tried was delicious, but I think their multigrain croissant may be the best croissant I’ve ever had. They are also incredibly nice people. Highly recommended!
