Arby's - Ephrata

Don't normally eat fast food but I was craving a ?? fish ?. The atmosphere is a little tired but was clean. The staff was nice and the food came out quickly and was hot. Arby has the MEATs too!

40 minute wait for a sandwich. Do not take the drive through you will rot waiting for any service. Either that or they’ll randomly close cause they are understaffed. Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell up the road.

I haven 't had much luck here in terms of nice customer service, but today takes the cake. My friend and I come in for a dinner and we are the only ones in line and the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. He proceeded to give the bare minimum effort in listening while we ordered and somehow I ended up getting a bottle of water instead of the large soda and fries I asked for. The fries were medium too. For my friends order I asked for a large and he still input a medium. Thankfully the food arrived quick and tasted great! I wish there were better staff here!

The people running this Arby's do a good job, service is fast, food is good, they really try to make the beat with what they have to work with. Always enjoy going here.
