Fox Meadows Creamery - Ephrata

One of our visits to ice (and the lunch menu is also fantastic)! They have Boylan Soda in their well machine (which is 1000% better than coke) and they have a wonderful selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. My personal favorite is the cheddar broccoli soup and the smoked Turkey panini. For ice, this place has honestly the most unique aromas and I have never tried to taste a taste I didn't like. The Espresso Keksteig is incredible! They also have what they call a "baked fox" where you can make ice between baked goods such as brownies, cookies, etc. and they often turn the baked goods! I never had a bad experience here and would recommend everyone!

I can't recommend Fox Meadows highly enough. Honestly, it feels unfair to compare any other ice cream we try now since they all pale in comparison to FM. If I could turn back time, I would have chosen to host my wedding reception here. Each flavor is crafted to perfection and truly lives up to its name. We visit as often as we can, which is quite frequently since we live nearby. I often opt for the sampler, which has allowed me to explore the entire menu. If it’s your first visit, make sure to try a baked Fox—you won’t regret it! Huge thanks to Fox Meadows for being a place we love to take all our out-of-town guests. They are always amazed by the exceptional quality and the friendly, consistent staff.

There was a long line and quite a wait, but it was definitely worth it! Be sure to try the fox—it's truly a unique experience you won't find anywhere else. You get to pick an outer shell and select your favorite ice cream filling, and it was absolutely amazing! A big shoutout to the staff as well; they all worked incredibly hard and were very friendly. I remember when this place is open first. It was amazing and still is. They have such a welcoming mood and it is a great place for family and friends to come together and enjoy amazing hospitality, food and ice making on site. I drive an hour, just a few times a month. Food is AMAZING as well as the ice cream of course!! I will miss this place very much when I leave the state next year.

I always enjoy my visits to Fox Meadows Creamery. Their ice cream, salads, and bowls are all delightful. They also offer a selection of other delicious local treats for sale. I appreciate that they sell ice cream in both pints and gallons for takeout. The food is excellent, and the customer service is fantastic.
