Mentally I compared it to Gus's just down the street since I went to breakfast there recently with my wife. The atmosphere isn't quite as nice (personal taste here). Pancake Farm's a bit more open and bright. Prices, on the other hand, were better. Just a bit cheaper than Gus. Food was good. My daughter had eggs, home fries toast and bacon. Not the largest serving of home fries, but they were nice and crispy very good. I had a cheese steak omelet. It was good and sufficiently large and was filled with plenty of meat and cheese. Only problem was that it came with marinara (tomato) sauce on top. Some may like that, but it is particular enough that it should be either noted on the menu or the server should ask if it is wanted. It did not ruin my omelet, but it definitely would have been better without. Coffee was good (better than Gus), and I'm a bit picky on coffee. Service was friendly, prompt and helpful. Overall, a good place to have breakfast. Just watch out for the tomato sauce on the cheese steak omelet.
Food was really good! Service was excellent and price was very reasonable. Try the pumpkin waffles they were phenomenal!! Highly recommend.
Great great food... Good prices, service was excellent inviting. Plus the food was Great did I say that yet?
The food was SO good. It?s a must try spot. First time there and the burger was perfect, the stuffed French toast was beyond delicious.
I will say the breakfast was really good. I got the chipped beef casserole, which was loaded with potatoes, biscuits, chipped beef and topped with two eggs. Tasted great and filled you up. The Belgian waffle was also great. Service was a bit lackluster. The food came out really fast, but you could tell our server did not want to be there. She was very short and randomly left without saying anything. The other server who came over to give us our check was a lot nicer.
