Starbucks - Ephrata

Love the NEW remodel and updated equipment.Please train your staff stop filling cups to the top rim. I have visited twice the last two weeks during my travels and have had the lid leak and pop off spilling all over my car and clothes....not to mention it's HOT.

I needed a comfort place away from the office to do some work on my computer. I heard that people work from within Star Bucks but never thought there would be 1/2 the seats would be people just like me! I didn’t want to just set up shop so I order a drink and danish and was pleasantly surprised by how good they both were! ?? Thank you StarBucks!

I came in with my two friends and starbucks took our money but never gave us our order. We waited 20 minutes and multiple people got their orders before us so I finally went up to the counter. They “Don’t know what happened”. They didn’t offer to make it right either, they just made us wait longer.

A huge thank you to the employees of starbucks for going above and beyond to honor Andre and comfort me for my loss. The flowers you presented me with are beautiful. Coffee is great, but the staff ensures Starbucks is a welcoming atmosphere. They are always upbeat and friendly. They truly care about their patrons. Andre and I had are coffee here every morning. Since he has passed I will continue to patronize such a fine and caring establishment.
