However, something about the weekend staff is completely abhorrent. I just witnessed a Starbucks worker stand there hiding until we left after 15 minutes of waiting. This isn 't the first time something like this has happened. Otherwise they 're closing 30 minutes early saying they have to clean even though I 've been a barista before and know that customers come first while you clean after closing. It 's just clear that a few staff don 't care at all and it makes otherwise perfect staff look terrible
The Starbucks in Ephrata ticks all the boxes for a reliable coffee stop. It 's spotless, conveniently located just off of the main drag, and delivers the consistent latte magic we 've come to expect from Starbucks.Inside, spotless counters and tables gleam – they clearly take cleanliness seriously. The layout offers both cozy corners and open spaces, catering to solo sippers and social butterflies alike. My usual latte was the same as usual. Pure Starbucks – robust espresso balanced by creamy sweetness. Every sip was a familiar comfort, reminding me why this chain remains a coffee giant.Service was efficient and friendly – the baristas handled the morning rush with ease. No mind-blowing conversations or name-remembering feats, but they delivered my caffeine fix with a smile and a "have a great day. "Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 for Ephrata 's Starbucks. It 's a clean, convenient haven for reliable coffee. Just don 't expect personalized service or deep philosophical chats with your barista – stick to smaller shops for that.
Convenient Location but Crowded Parking Lot and Setting.
I've only used the drive through, but it has been fast and friendly service Everytime!
Stopped on Sunday for a coffee and found doors locked during open hours. No sign posted as to reason store was locked. The drive through was open with a line of 12 cars. Ordered online thinking when we made it to the window the drink would be ready. At window they had the wrong drink and it took another wait in the line to get the right drink. Batista stated the manager left the store with only 2 workers on labor day weekend. They looked frazzled and tired. Not stopping at this particular Starbucks until a new manager is running a better work environment for his Baristas and customers. The manager needs to get it together and help out his Baristas!
