Contribuisci feedbackThe sandwich I ordered was fantastic, and the food was served warm. If I had gone through the drive-thru, I think it would have been a much better experience. However, the inside of the restaurant was quite dirty, and there were flies everywhere. I don’t want to come off as overly particular about cleanliness, but the place really could use a thorough cleaning. The wait for the food wasn’t excessively long, but given that it's supposed to be fast food, I expected it to be quicker.
I visited this restaurant a few years ago and had a disappointing experience with the food. Today, I decided to give it another try since it was on my way home. I placed a simple order: one plain hamburger, one cheeseburger, and one small fry. When I got home, I discovered that I had received two cheeseburgers and one fry—no plain hamburger for my child. Removing the cheese from the cheeseburgers? That's not as easy as it seems when you have ketchup, mustard, and pickles involved. Going all the way back for just one burger wasn't practical. I really don’t understand how you can order a plain hamburger and end up with a cheeseburger. Was it a mistake in the order entry, or did the cook just overlook the instructions? It was just a straightforward order: one plain hamburger. One task.
I encountered an issue with two delivery orders I placed at midnight, even though the store is supposed to close at 1 AM. After I left, I saw the next customer in the drive-thru receiving their food. I have a strong suspicion that this store tends to refuse service to delivery drivers, especially when the payout is higher and it's not someone they know. As a result, I missed out on $25. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
It's an OK place. Not a fast food fan, stop by for my kids every once in a while as a treat. This time was a frosty and fries cuz you know, salty and sweet, yum! It doesn't seem to matter if there's a line or not, you wait. Because I don't eat the foodI'm going off the service. When I pull up to the window and the employee literally says nothing, I find that rude. Like you'reworking a fast food restaurant, pretty sure you know you're going to encounter people. A greeting of any kind works. Thank youat the end would be nice, not expected, but would be nice.
This is hands-down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Their service is so incredibly slow! I've waited 20+ minutes in the drive-through line at times, and for small orders at that. They also lock the doors at odd times, so you never know if the lobbywill be open for dine-in or not. If this place was just managed well, it might be ok, but I don't have high hopes for thathappening anytime soon. Long story short, don't try to get food here unless you have at least a half-hour to burn.
