Mughal Palace - Epping

Food was lovely , decor a little plain but comfortable enough, service was ok , didn’t have to wait long after ordering. Young waitress was nice though I don’t think she understood everything we were saying. I’d recommend.

The main courses were very tasty, we ordered butter chicken, lamb Rogan josh beef korma and all very authentic. The only setback is that they don’t offer complimentary pappadum with yoghurt dip, which most Indian restaurants will do.

Excellent food, but very poor service and long wait times. Uber Eats etc was prioritised over inhouse diners to the extent that we had to switch our order to takeway when not served within an hour

Hands down one of my favourite restaurants! I used to get takeaway from them often when I lived in Epping, and even though I moved I occasionally order for them and drive over to pick it up, and for special occasions try and go dine in. Amazing food with great variety, friendly staff, it's just the whole package!
