Contribuisci feedbackI placed an online order, and after it was marked as being prepared, it took 20 minutes for my food to be ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was ignored for 5 minutes before finally being helped. There was a line out the door, but the staff continued to ignore new customers as they arrived. Despite there being five employees working, it took an additional 20 minutes for them to assist me. They also did not have the sauces or napkins that I had requested. While I understand that the restaurant may have been understaffed, this level of service was unacceptable. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because one of the employees wished me a great day.
I have attempted to eat at this restaurant several times, but each time I find myself waiting in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes with no progress. Despite there only being one car in front of me, it takes more than 10 minutes for them to place an order. I always end up leaving without ordering because of the long wait. I do not blame the employees, as I worked at Domino's during the pandemic and understand the challenges of being understaffed. The franchisee running this location is not managing the store effectively. One solution could be to increase employee pay in order to attract more help.
This restaurant is one of the worst I've been to, and that's saying a lot. The food is usually old, stale, or completely made wrong, and the staff is often unfriendly and unhelpful. The place always seems dirty as well. I won't be returning until major improvements are made. Perhaps start by paying your employees better so they can take their work more seriously.
Went there yesterday for a pick up, huge mistake. Drive thru and inside closed. Employees walking out on manager, very soap opera drama filled. Dirty and disgusting when I went in there before. Corporate needs to do something about these type ofsituations because they happen every single day all over each Taco Bell. The one on Endicott St in Danvers MA is the worst runone I've ever seen. But this one in Exeter NH is bad. People working at these places just don't GAF. Sad!!!
Love this place but tonight it looked like someone already started eating g my bellgrande nachos not cool
