La Famiglia Italian - Epping

First of all the waitress got our drink order wrong. Only had to remember two. Then ordered two small and one large pizza. We received 3 small pizzas. They were delicious but a bit more attention by our waitress wouldn’t go astray. And it was only 5:30pm. So not busy at all. However we went again a week later with 8 friends. On a Friday night. Had a super friendly older gentleman as our waiter. Got all 8 different drink orders right and all our meals. Again it was delicious. Well done sir.

Whether we order online or dine in, the food and customer service is always a 10/10. The portion sizes are generous, meals are reasonably priced and most importantly...the food is delicious! I don’t think me or my family could ever get sick of La Famiglia

I asked extra bolognese sauce but I received spagetti bolognese noodle soup. I don’t know what this taste is..

Went as a group of 16, mixed feedback. Food was alright bud not amazing. Way too much fatty meat in the Osso Buco.

We went to this place on a busy day and could tell that the guys were super exhausted. I would give 100 point to the guy who welcomes everyone as he was super friendly. Yth waitress and staff were under the pump but still they managed to bring our order timely and with a smile on their face. We even asked for some modifications to be made to our dish and the guys are La famiglia were accommodating enough to listen to us. The food was delicious and we would love to come back here again for a dinner with friends and family . Would 100% recommend everyone to give these guys a try. Thanks to the team for giving us a wonderful experience.
