La Famiglia Restaurant - Epping

The personal is wonderful and freendly was absolutely the best restaurant I was. the food was nice and the strawberry daiquiri they made me was to die for!!!! my whole family had a great time thanks la familia for a wonderful. Dinner trip.

Very noisy restaurant in Epping. I've reviewed before but felt I needed to again as our latest visit was pretty poor...terrible service and uninterested staff. Several of our group ordered schnitzels or parmas and all were over cooked and dry.... inedible actually. Staff were unconcerned...when told. There is no option for plain gravy which may have made the schnitzels more edible...only mushroom or pepper sauce, neither of which really compliment chicken! Pizzas were all Ok, risotto was sloppy, souvlaki was good. Given we had 18 people there the service we got was pretty lax. We had to continually look for staff to take drink orders, coffees, desserts...very inattentive. When we went to pay, 4 staff were chatting and ignore the queue of us waiting for service. It wasn't until a 5th staff member came by that they served us. If you're after a quick, bland meal go here... it's nothing to rave about. I eat out a lot and this is not somewhere I'd choose to go I only go when I am invited for an event. It's so loud no=one could have a proper conversation either. Prices have also crept up recently... I think the place has slipped and needs to lift it's game considerably!

Had a lovely meal and catch up here. Being mid week it wasn't crowded nor was it overly loud so we could talk and hear each other. Food was yummy and service came with a smile. Quite reasonably priced.

We've been here for years and never had a bad meal. eating is great, the meals are huge, the great value and a real family-friendly environment. the customer service is the best I have experienced. highly recommended.

Eat them here three times, but not after choice. the menu is quite basic Italian pizza, pasta. had fish, pasta and recently their mixed grill. the fish and pasta were ok, very bad quality meat and overcooked. the price would not have been so high.
