Tgi Fridays Epping

Chistmas function 45 minutes once ordered to eat and drinks supplied to drink. we got some water 20min after ordering after we had asked. only two types of desert available and tells 25 min after order no left. we were balanced. we will not return.

The personal and service sucks. No one visited us, although we sit first. no menus or servier records were provided, we had to take it ourselves. so disappointed by tgif!

Very bad customer service, waitress were rude and almost 4 time she told that they are closing at 9 (we reached at 8;05pm) before we even placed the order she was like “it has to be a final order” I was like atleast give us time to open the menu. Not at all pleasing in welcoming as if we were there to eat free. Disgusting. Other girl there was ok at the begning but seeing this waitress behaving like this the other girl with the specs changed her tone too.. we asked for non alcholic drink at 8:30 she said they have none.. can you imagine?? Non sense.

Food took a while to come out. One person was waiting for ten minutes after everyone had gotten their food. Ordered the feta bruschetta. Came with three maybe four cherry tomatoes. Was expecting actual bruschetta. Not some slices of bread with a tomato garnish. Feta cheese was super dry. Chips were nice though. Crunchy and hot when they finally arrived. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.
