Mcdonald's - Epsom

Extremely slow drive thru. Guessing they are understaffed.

Food is typical McDonald’s, meh. Customer service isn't very ‘sociable’ per se, everyone seems like they hate working here. Not very punctual with getting to the register for a customer. Dining area, especially in the kids area is not well kept. Tables are disgusting, cover in spilt drinks, crumbs and lord knows what else. Can’t even begin to imagine how gross the playground is for the kids. Could be a LOT better here if the staff cared.

The food was hot and fresh, the service was polite and fast, all around good experience.Parking: Ample parking, handicap parking included

Food came out very fresh,hot, and fast! We'll both be back again for sure.

It's fast food , not much else to say .but it'd b nice to go through the drive-through and get the order and it not look like it got stepped on .... and chill with the mayo it's way to much and there's more mayo than chicken or what not. To the staff ... if your serving something that u wouldn't eat don't serve it to customers .....
