Village Pizza - Epsom and Ewell

Love village pizza. Have ordered from them for years. Huge vegan range and gluten free bases too) and are my go to for when I need my pizza fix. Polite over the phone and delivery drivers are too!

Been a customer of theirs for past 10 years. Had the worst ever customer service experience on Monday with the call operator as well as the delivery driver. Both were rude and unprofessional. They failed to deliver the Pizzas ordered down the road from the establishment. This once very decent place has been run down. They need basic etiquettes to speak to customer and deliver simple order which is walking distance from the shop

I experienced disgusting service from this place if I could put minus stars I would. I’ve been going to this place for year and the way I’ve been treated tonight is disgusting and been threaten with physical violent (by saying he would get his friends to come and deal with my brother) by the MANAGER !! because he didn’t understand the deal on Uber eats (that they have to agree to) and not even listening and just shouting was disgusting and appalling. The management is absolutely appalling rude and threatening. What once was a lovely establishment, is now ran by horrid human beings. I hope no else get treated like this as it was quite scary.
