Contribuisci feedbackI ordered from this restaurant about 6 weeks ago and the food was amazing. It was the best Chinese food I've had in years. The second time I ordered was also great. However, over the past few weeks, the quality has significantly declined. The food doesn't even look the same anymore. Tonight, the soup was mediocre, the ribs and chicken balls were overcooked but still edible. The duck chowmein I ordered was inedible and smelled terrible. I will not be ordering from here again.
I recently received an email from JustEat stating that I had ordered £77.40 worth of food, which I did not. I immediately contacted the restaurant to report the fraudulent activity and requested that they stop the customer from picking up the food, as I had reported it to the police. The restaurant refused to take any action and simply hung up on me. It is concerning that they are allowing fraudulent activity to occur in order to profit from the payments they are receiving. I will be reporting this incident to Action Fraud and will also be seeking a full refund from this terrible restaurant, claiming that the food never arrived. I advise others not to use this restaurant, as they are only interested in money and do not care where it comes from.
We ordered black bean chicken for £4.60, beef satay for £4.80, chicken crispy balls with sweet sauce for £4.70, egg fried rice for £2.00, and 2 prawn crackers at £1.40 each, totaling £18.90. However, we were charged £21.30 and did not receive the prawn crackers we ordered. When we called the restaurant to complain about the pricing discrepancy and missing items, the employee was not interested in correcting the mistake and insisted that they are still the cheapest option in town. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and we advise future customers to be cautious of their overpricing. We found their menu prices on their website.
Coming from Birmingham staying in a nearby hotel. Tried this takeaway and it was wonderful! I recommend the Jill Yuen Chicken Wings and Young chow fried rice. The food was prepared promptly and didn 't have to wait long. Lovely chatty staff. My only critique would be the floors were a bit slippy inside. Will come back next time I 'm in Long Eaton! Thanks happy house
Ordered 2 chicken chow mains and they both went into the bin after eating less than half each, they was so salty!!! Rang to complain and was offered 20% off next order. Not even near covering the 50% of the meal that went in the bin. No customer service what so ever. I have used this take away for years but I will go else where from now on. AVIOD unless you love the taste of MSG.
