Kiri Fish And Chips Souvlak - Erewash

This has been closed for a couple of years. Before that the chips were not the best quality

We have been regular customers of this restaurant and always highly recommended it. However, today we placed an order at 5:55 p.m. with an estimated delivery time of 7:35 p.m. We had to call them at 8:40 p.m. only to be told to wait another 20 minutes. It is now 9:38 p.m. and we still have not received our delivery, and they are not answering their phone. We are extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. It seems like pure greed has overshadowed their service on New Year's Eve.

After a small mix-up with our order through Just Eat, Royal Spice was able to fix it and make sure we received the curry we originally wanted. I am extremely impressed with the food at this restaurant, and it has become our preferred spot for curry. The customer service is excellent and the food is top-notch!

Thank you for swiftly delivering a fantastic meal this evening, we haven’t eaten from yourselves before, but we definitely will again! Very good quality, probably the nicest Indian takeaway we have ever had. It’s helped us celebrate our Wedding Anniversary?

Delicious hot food delivered slightly earlier than estimated. Will be ordering again.
