Eating was lukewarm and instead of the announced min delivery time it was at least minutes. the order could not be delivered completely. for the non-available article, however, replacement was offered.

The delivery should take place within min., but lasted about min. longer. that's not a break. the supplier has apologised, eating was fresh, hot and tasty. so it's all right.
