Had dinner and leah, our waitress, made our visit so comfortable with great service and casual talk. garnel in garlic sauce was very good and I had a grilled sea bass that was very tasteful and my wife had a nasty pot that she enjoyed. a beautiful white wine finished a beautiful evening! and they take credit cards!
We've been to this restaurant a number of times over the years and we still love it. It feels like a genuine local restaurant with local dishes and friendly service. We had 2 dinners there this visit, including Octopus, Sole, Sardines, and Pork with clams,...a traditional Portuguese dish, everything was very tasty and enjoyable. The wine and food is all sensibly priced and excellent value.
If they wish an authentic Portuguese dinner, they will go there. we ordered grilled salmon and suppen as an appetizer. we also had olives, beer and chips. everything tasted great and was so cheap. the small restaurant has such a great charm with the service. and everything else. we were two weeks in portugal and that was one of the most beautiful restaurants we tried.
Nice little place but as I sit here hour number 2 has just passed by and now I'm afraid to ask for coffee as it will likely take another hour just like the beer I am still waiting for. Nice food though when it comes...and the staff are friendly but I guess they have to be.
