Contribuisci feedbackTo our surprise, he also offered us a dessert as a gesture for the wait, which I thought was very thoughtful, especially since it wasn’t necessary. Throughout our visit, Tony continued to apologize for the mix-up, and it was heartwarming to see someone take such pride in their job. I know that working in fast food isn’t glamorous, but I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to customer service. I’ve worked in similar roles during my teenage years, so I understand the challenges. Thank you, Tony, for demonstrating pride in your work. With your great work ethic and positive attitude, I have no doubt you’ll go far in life. This review is from December 29, 2021, at 6:45 PM.
John, the coworker who greeted us at the door and took our order, was incredibly friendly and polite. He greeted every customer with a warm smile, making the experience feel welcoming. His friendly demeanor was truly appreciated. Keep up the great work, John!
The drive-thru service is usually great, but during my last visit, I ordered the wagyu burger meal. Since I was on my way to work, I didn’t notice the mistake right away. When I opened my bag, I found two roast beef sandwiches instead of my burger and curly fries. I ended up paying $10.21 for sandwiches I didn’t want! It was really frustrating, especially since I was on a tight schedule.
Worked on another arby’s and was too dozens and never disappointed, quality over the board.
Bought the fish sandwich-2 for $6. My husband and I each enjoyed our sandwich. The piece of fish in each sandwich was large and good.
