Kfc - Erie

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I've never struggled to drain the oil from a French fry until I came here. I can honestly say they don't change their fryer oil because the taste was terrible—it was absolutely greasy. The chicken we received was pink and lukewarm, which is completely unacceptable. The cashier seemed clueless about her job and kept insisting that we were ordering incorrectly. The manager looked like he was ready to confront someone. The environment was unwelcoming, and the food was far from good. KFC, please consider changing your oil before someone gets seriously ill!

I didn't receive my drink, and when the server finally brought it, it was the wrong one. I ordered a famous bowl, but the chicken was nothing but hard, crumbling breading, and half of them seemed to have no chicken at all. When I did take a bite, it tasted like the chicken was old. I had to throw it away because it was so unappetizing. On top of that, they didn't give me a receipt or any napkins. Honestly, is there anything they got right? This place is just terrible all around.

I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the employees at this location. I went there because a family member was in the hospital nearby and we used the drive-thru. The woman taking our order was very impatient and rude, even yelling at us through the speaker. I can't believe KFC would allow this kind of treatment. We were nothing but polite, yet we felt verbally attacked. This restaurant definitely needs some improvement. S.O.S.

Stopped for lunch had one of there mashed potato meal bowl , is wheelchair Accesible on the driveway entrance side the ramp is a little old use care has available Wi-Fi and has SOBE sugar free in the soft drink dispenser . The only minor complaint wasthe chocalate chip cookies were a little on the hard/stale side .

I stopped by for a quick lunch after my doctor's appointment and decided to use the drive-thru. I ordered my favorite bowl.
