Contribuisci feedbackLots of angry customers waiting for 40 mins . The manager wasn't doing his job and managing. A lot of new hires were working and doing jobs they weren't properly trained in. He tunnel visioned and did only 1 job instead of helping throughout. A moreexperienced individual who wasn't a manager stepped up and started speeding this process up. If it weren't for him the Lobbywould have just been people waiting for over an hour. I'll come back and give a better review when one is warranted. Hopefullythe manager can become a leader and show the new workers how to do the job.
Went into KFC to grab a quick lunch to go....there's nothing quick about this place. I was 5th in line it took 20 minutes to be waited on. Very slow checkout worker for inside restaurant. Definitely would use drive thru next time, orders seemed to befilled faster that route. Restaurant overall seemed clean and cashier was religious about washing hands, which was pleasing tosee. As far as food, crispy chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and tasty. Biscuit was hard and not enjoyable to mytaste, which was a huge disappointment. I would recommend using the drive thru, the service may be more efficient.
The food was pretty good but the order was wrong I don't understand why they can't add I didn't get all my food called back they put my name on a list to get the right amount of food that I was supposed to get and the correct food that I was supposed to getI don't know what the problem is but I might have to think about going somewhere else instead of KFC d a n n o out
I love this KFC, the food is always great and the staff is very kind, it does take a bit but when you get your food it?s absolutely delicious!
Eating is expensive and I feel that the recipes have changed. it doesn't taste as good as years ago. food: 3/5
