Papa Johns Pizza - Erie

Knowing it would take an hour to receive my order, I ordered well ahead of time. Two hours after I placed the order, I still hadn 't received my order. I was told the order was received but not by me. They said they would make a new one, and though this was their error, I would receive my order in another hour. They didn 't even offer to expedite it. I understand it can get busy but some communication would 've been nice so I can make other dinner arrangements. Poor customer service. :

I stopped ordering because the pizza tasted like cardboard. However I decided to try the Shaq a roni and I must say I was very pleased with the taste. I will definitely be ordering pizza from papa Johns again. Thank

I came in to get a large pizza and garlic Parmesan breadsticks tonight. The girl at the counter was super sweet and the food is awesome. You guys made my night; thank you.

Ordered their veggie pizza for take-out. They forgot the green peppers entirely and (bizarrely) loaded the pizza up on black olives, so olives were the dominant flavor.This place is convenient for us, but we'll drive further next time for a decent pizza.

If your looking for the best place to get the worse pizza then you found it here! Pumkin shaped pizza for Halloween....my kiddos were disappointed and the real scary thing will be happening later tonight on the toilet!! RUN AWAY KIDS!!!
