Shirley's Country Kitchen - Erie

Had the PIG OUT breakfast with two eggs easy over home fries were definitely the HOME made with Chrisp bacon and pancakes that were nice and fluffy. Service was good. Cherrie atmosphere. Coffee is constantly being poured.

Just what you're looking for. I was in town from Pittsburgh and we decided to come in for a Sunday breakfast. We both had the pig out special and at $7.99 you can't beat it. 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries, 2 pancakes, and toast. The place is quaint and the food is flavorful, it was a great change of pace from all the chain restaurants.

Shirley's is a little homey place where you feel your at mom's or grandma for breakfast. The servers are fun and helpful. Good food.

Service was excellent, server was very attentive...her name wasn't Shirley but the place did have pictures of the classic Shirley's all over the walls...the food, oh yes the food...French toast was very good...hint of cinnamon...the corned beef hash reminded me of home...

Excellent food, quick and friendly service, and a private atmosphere despite the open setting. The prices are great for the portion sizes. This place is a real hidden gem!
