Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, our experience today was not great. We ordered our food and noticed that a hamburger was missing. When we asked for ranch dressing for the cheese sticks, we received marinara sauce instead. The staff member informed us that there was no hamburger listed on the receipt, which was fine. We then ordered the hamburger and requested ranch dressing once more. We received the hamburger, but still no ranch. We've had positive experiences there in the past, but today was disappointing. The staff member definitely lacked customer service skills.
The food was completely wrong every time I've visited. They seem to ignore what you tell them. I've gone three times in the past year, and each time my order has been messed up. For instance, when I requested a cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles—since I'm allergic to onions—I still received them. I asked for a Coke with very little ice, but my cup was filled three-quarters full. I also ordered unsweetened tea and received sweet tea instead, and when I asked for a full cup of ice, I got none because I said I wanted no ice. I really don’t understand their lack of attention to orders. It's frustrating because I live almost 10 miles away from this location, and I can't just go back to get my order fixed. I only come here occasionally, usually when I'm at the grocery store.
Would give zero stars but I can't and they have the cherry
The Food was good, and a good price for fast food. The people working were some of the nicest people I've met at a fast food place, and they were very helpful. 10/10
Waited 45mins for 5 drinks and 2 pretzel bites... Service was ridiculous. The car next to us as well waited 30mins with forgetting
