Taco Bell - Erie

I visited the drive-thru today around 6 PM. When I reached the window, I was greeted by some incredibly kind young gentlemen on the team. They were clearly short-staffed and apologized for the slight delay in my food, which was only a few minutes. I didn't mind at all, even with the impatient honking from the cars behind me. Despite the pressure they were under, you could see that the team members were becoming frustrated, yet they maintained a positive attitude and continued to take orders. These guys were truly impressive and so gracious, even in a stressful situation.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday, December 31, 2022, around 9 o'clock, and had a rather unpleasant experience. There were four of us in the car, and we encountered two workers who were extremely rude. When we arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up our food, we noticed that we were not given any sauces or straws for our drinks. We had to wait at the window until someone finally noticed us. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Perfect place to stop when you travel, the place was empty and clean and the service was amazing. food quality was much better than other homesteads! food: 5/5

How far are you trying to place a $60 order, and they wouldn't take it. They told me that sometimes the website shows it breakfast is over when it's not and he's still wouldn't take the order
