Tim Hortons - Erie

The coffee here is fantastic and more affordable than Starbucks. I visit Tim Hortons about three times a day for my coffee fix; I really love this place!

The experience was quite underwhelming. They frequently make mistakes with orders, which is frustrating. Additionally, it seems necessary to evaluate the employees you hire, particularly the younger staff who sometimes speak to customers in a disrespectful manner.

I took away one star because the restaurant monitors customers through their app (just do a quick search to see for yourself). However, the service at this location was friendly.

Ordered a 10 box of chocolate timbits, paid and left. Opened on the way home to find mixed box. My husband only likes the chocolate and so we are out $2.49!!!

It was clean and the service was good a little slow for a bagel with cream cheese and my bagel was not the greatest but it was okay. Coffee was good and hot.
