Uptown browns can be the best drinking water facility in erie. low prices on beer and the food smells fantastic. you know all the sanitary in the bathroom.
I only came here for the food and they have the best bar food that I have ever tasted. I don't know the cook but those twisted ranch wings, ranch wings, macaroni and cheese and hot wings are fire.
Very extreme change of clientele from evening to night. Never seen anything like it.
Trying to watch football game and bartender turns on the jukebox. Kind of ignorant
