Wendy's - Erie

Arrived at 11:30 a.m., does not close business until 12 a.m., pulled into the drive, but got no answer. I moved in front of the windows, the workers saw me, but refused to help me. I'm very upset. the workers were extremely careless and disastrous in their approach. if the load needed to close early to the least they could do, the window is to open and let me know, but they decided to ignore me blatantly and be disrespectful. That's ridiculous.

Only taken cash, but we could do that, not her fault the card reader was down. 2 Burger combos ordered. one without mayo and the new Italian burger. we have extra mayo and a chicken sandwich, like. guess we need to check our food every time.

The coworker was very upset that he had to do his job. waited over 10 minutes to get a sausage croissant $3 combo. eating was at best mediocre. food: 3/5

10 minutes inside no one waited before me. I never took my order. finally had to go through the thrufood drive: 4/5

Super salty food, slow service and they raised the prices so high it's ridiculous. I get it things are hard to get and process going up but for their chicken sandwich meal to cost$12.?? You might as well go somewhere else and get a better chicken sandwichFood: 3/5
