Pie in the Sky Bakery Erina

Pie In The Sky would have to be one of the best bakeries on the Central Coast. They make the best Chicken Mornay Pie. I've tried others but nothing comes close to theirs. They also have amazing profiteroles too. Thoroughly recommend.

You will be impressed with the selection of cakes and pies, all at reasonable prices. Easy to park for a quick lunch.

Been many times over many years to this great pie shop in Erina as i am a local.Its always been consistent in quality.The chunky beef and chicken mornay pies are a standout,as are the profiteroles and baked custard tarts...yumPrices are good for the quality you get here, highly recommended.

I love the chicken mornay from Pie in the Sky, the only down fall of this place is that they are closed Sunday! Otherwise definitely the best pies on the coast!!!

Besides their incredible chunky beef pies, that have a deliciously crumby home-made pastry, (I recommend getting in the family size so you can heat it at home and eat as much/as little as you like.) they have these scrumptious profiteroles that I always buy at least half a dozen.The customer service is always great and it just feels like a little pastry wonderland. If you're ever around the area, definitely grab some lunch and some takeaways!
